To start the year off right, I offer to you a steaming cup of kindness and a mouthful of delicious brownies!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I won’t even pretend these are good for you.<\/p>\n

But for those of you who need to believe these are going to do your whole-self good: yes, spelt is a less modified form of wheat and it is whole grain in this recipe (so let’s go with that).<\/p>\n

Treat yourself to the brownies below with a hot cuppa kindness from me \ud83d\ude42<\/h3>\n

Best Spelt Brownies Ever!<\/h2>\n

In pot on low\/med heat melt (stirring constantly)<\/em>:<\/p>\n

3\/4 cup cocoa<\/p>\n

1 cup sugar<\/p>\n

2\/3 cup salted butter<\/p>\n

Remove from heat and add:<\/em><\/p>\n

pinch of salt<\/p>\n

2 eggs<\/p>\n

1 tsp vanilla<\/p>\n

(stir until smooth and shiny)<\/em><\/p>\n

Add:<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup whole spelt flour<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup chocolate chunks (or chips)<\/p>\n

(stir 40 times)<\/em><\/p>\n
