It&#8217;s good for the body, the mind and spirit. I&#8217;ve been drinking lavender lemonade for the past few days and it is delicious and<em> so<\/em> nutritious that I honestly feel the healing effects already<span style=\"color: #5e1adb;\"><strong>..<\/strong><em>.like a tall, cold glass of meditative yoga.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Researchers in Australia have discovered that lavender helps bees make new memories; furthermore, it can change their mood, and even their DNA! It could\u00a0possibly\u00a0do the same for humans. Thus, I encourage you to make a big pitcher of lavender lemonade and drink yourself happy, healthier and smarter<\/strong> \t\t\t<i class=\"icon-heart \" style=\"font-size:16px; display:inline-block; color:#800080; \t\t\t\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t\t\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*(http:\/\/www.abc.net.au\/catalyst\/stories\/4437579.htm)<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve included a few pictures of my organic lavender garden that I snapped today. I celebrate my gorgeous bee models, without whom, this recipe would not be possible. Place flowers in biodegradable, loose leaf paper tea bags (we use<em>\u00a0Rishi <\/em>brand). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-boil tea in 4 cups of water for\u00a0five minutes then turn heat to simmer and simmer for 20 minutes (water will look \u00a0dark green\/black in colour). Strain out lavender.
