Don’t judge me until you see the before picture. A few years ago I decided we (as a family) needed a little help in the looks department. I know I’ll get a lot of flack for the kids’ surgeries. But honestly, all it took was a few surgeries, a few near-death complications, a few years recovery and we finally emerged as we appear today (with only minor lasting side effects).<\/p>\n
