Amor\u00e9 Almonds + Dairy<\/a><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0from\u00a0Earth’s Own<\/strong> is an excellent source of calcium, protein, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and riboflavin. It’s also a good source of zinc, vitamin E and biotin\u2014a great way help boost your calcium intake everyday.<\/p>\n

Amor\u00e9 is available in two flavours: original and vanilla<\/strong>. I use original just as I would regular dairy milk: by the glass, in tea or coffee, on cereal, in all my recipes that require milk.<\/p>\n

I truly believe the almonds in Amor\u00e9<\/em> help keep my daughters’ blood sugar levels stable on mornings they’re at school and cannot snack at random.<\/p>\n
