On 2 days I also run for about 25 min (hills). In addition I always do sports throughout the week for fun that I don&#8217;t consider working out such as skating or skiing or mountain hiking.<\/p>\n<p>My video is real and all me. I am in my early 40&#8217;s, have given birth to 3 children and am not a professional athlete or trainer and have never had any cosmetic surgery procedures.
