Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Cake by Melissa Mix Hart<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Crust:<\/div>\n
1 cup ginger snap cookie crumbs\u00a0<\/div>\n
1 cup crushed pecans<\/div>\n
1\/4 cup melted butter.<\/div>\n
-press into a 10″ spring-form pan<\/div>\n
-bake 10 min at 350 oF<\/div>\n
-when done, drizzle with 1\/2 jar carmel or butterscotch sundae sauce.<\/div>\n

Cake:<\/div>\n
14 ounce can of pumpkin pie filling<\/div>\n
1.65 litre Butter Pecan or Pecan Pie flavour ice cream<\/div>\n
-place ice cream in refrigerator for about 1\/2 h to soften.<\/div>\n
-mix ice cream and pie filing well.<\/div>\n
-pour on top of cooled crust.<\/div>\n
-freeze over night.<\/div>\n
-in the morning pour on the rest of the carmel sauce onto the top of cake and smooth into a circle.<\/div>\n
-pipe tuffs of whip cream along the edges of cake.<\/div>\n
-remove spring-form pan and serve.<\/div>\n
