Congratulations to Life Guard Mistaya! Pic is Mistaya skim boarding on the Lake Okanagan, BC (she is 11 in the pic).<\/p>\n

My eldest daughter Mistaya is now a certified life guard. She completed her NLS last night. We had a Mattel GameOn! Party (stay tuned for this coming-in-near-future post) at our house just as she arrived home soaking wet and proud–it was a great way for her to celebrate her accomplishment!<\/p>\n

Mist took to the water like a fish at a very young age. Her nurturing ways were always evident around water–she’s always kept an eye on her younger sisters\u2014Cocoa Beach has a healthy shark population.<\/p>\n
