\"IMG_9983\"<\/a> This sparkling drink is my go-to refreshment any time of the day. I put together the ingredients myself as my daughters always want me to make them a virgin mojito anytime I make myself a true mojito with rum. My favourite summer spoil-me activity is to take one of these into my back yard and sit in the shade, in a comfortable wicker chair, with a good novel. I sip it slowly and read a little while taking in the hundreds of busy bees working their way through the lavender.<\/em><\/p>\n

Virgin Scarlet Mojito<\/strong><\/h4>\n

1 lime wedge cut in half<\/strong><\/p>\n

2-3 mint leaves<\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/2 cup raspberry juice\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

ice<\/strong><\/p>\n

sparkling water with lime<\/strong><\/p>\n

Muddle lime and mint. Add juice and ice. Slowly pour sparkling water on top of juice (if you do it slowly, the red juice stays separate and floats underneath the water.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
