Just finished practising my presentation. I am now going to meditate on it–visualization, then pick up Pippi<\/span> from daycare.<\/div>\n

The party last night was a little bit too quiet for me. Oh well, I did enjoy getting dressed up.<\/div>\n
Tonight Mist and I attend the Theatre–another good reason to dress up.<\/div>\n
Mist has decided to join the basketball team–I will pick her up late after school.<\/div>\n

\"\"<\/a>Up last night with the worst pinched nerve in my neck ever! I think it is related to the virus that has been circulating around our family. I forgot to report that dear Pip was up
\"\"<\/a>all Thursday night with the tummy bug too.\u00a0<\/div>\n
Anyway, the pain was so excruciating<\/span> I felt like I was going to faint and throw-up at the same time. Nasty.<\/div>\n
So, no weights again today. Only hiking until Monday for me.<\/div>\n
And stay tuned…a little bundle of joy is on route to our house in the new year…NO–I am not pregnant.\u00a0<\/div>\n
