This photo was taken nearly 3 years ago–when I visited Miranda & family in Guelph. Anemone was only three and Pip just four months. I am going through my archives for photos as my favorite models are all in Nelson.
I went to UBC today to photo shop the cover of my junior fiction novel. Who new photo shopping was so fun? I love it! I’ll post the cover when it is done. It is part of my final project for a class.
Peter and I stayed in last night. We grabbed a taco and came home to eat in bed and watch a movie–surprise, surprise! We watched an Egyptian movie about a police band stranded in a dead-boring Israeli town–not bad. We really wanted a knee slapping comedy to lift our spirits but they are as rare as hen’s teeth!
We must complete our light changes in the play room before the girls get home. But man, oh man….how the BLEEP! does one get pot lights out of the ceiling? Everything is too difficult for the two of us home reno virgins–or home reno dummies.
I could NEVER work in the same office as Peter! No way! He’s always shushing me when I’m working in his office–he is way too prim and proper for me!
Feeling sad about the tragic death of Natasha Richardson. I quietly followed her career and her husbands, with admiration. They seemed to avoid the trash of Hollywood and live a quiet, respectable life. And, because I just recently suffered a concussion snowboarding, the entire event has left me traumatized.
Finished my paper “Heroes & Garbage Poachers: Incorporating Fan Fiction into Adolescent English Curriculum.”
