Dr. Peter Party

OMG…what a party. I am still tired from it. A good time was had by all. Theresa out did her party self and the party went off without a hitch. The lasagna, ceasar salad and garilc bread was scrumptious. Also the pre dinner appies: dalmades, spanikopita, and brie in pastry. Also my mom’s dessert squares and a big ice cream cake finished off the meal. The Dr. Peter Punch was delicious and mighty potent. My dad, of course, got into trouble for sneeking a slice of the cake befor we presented it to Peter!
Miranda and John busy looking at houses. Mom, Joop and Theresa and Kyran staying at a most posh condo. Will go over there for supper tonight.
Peter seemed to enjoy the event. Although, I think most of his staff were surprised he even had a family!!! They all said he is so private about his private life. That’s PJ, a mystery man.
Miranda is joining me all week for my workouts. Today we ran home from the gym in our flimsy sport hoodies and cropped gym pants and it had to be -15 o C!!! It is soooo below normal here. What is going on with the weather? It snowed 4 ” in Vancouver last night!
I let the girls stay home form school today to hang with their cousin Kyran. Now I find out Tabs had the election today! I feel horrible! I feel my life isn’t in sync anymore. It’s like I’m living in a parallel universe compared to everyone else in Kelowna.
